Engines 10, 8 & Rescue 8

Lunch

I went to have lunch with my buddy. He was my partner for 10 or 12 years and we've been like family for longer than that. Now he works at Station 1. That's him in the window...



When I was leaving, Engine 10 passed me on the way to Engine 8's territory on a medical call...



but they were blocked by a train...



Fortunately, it was a short one...



but Engine 8 got back in service and picked up the call...



Once on the scene, they requested a rescue unit. Rescue 8 made the run...
